High-frequency ultrasound for clean and healthy water

The water quality in residential areas can be impaired by various factors. Pipes and lines can contain impurities, and residual substances from the construction process can get into the water. There are also a large number of other pollutants, medical residues, hormones, viruses, microplastics and much more. None of this is thoroughly removed by wastewater treatment plants.

We offer innovative ultrasonic water treatment systems that have been specially developed for the requirements of new buildings. The ultrasound removes pollutants and impurities that can lead to health problems.

How ultrasonic water treatment works:

At the heart of the water treatment system is the ultrasonic reactor. Ultrasound eliminates bacteria, viruses, drug residues, hormones and microplastics in the water by generating cavitation bubbles.

Cavitation bubbles are created when high-frequency sound waves generate rapid pressure fluctuations in the water. When the bubbles collapse, extreme local temperatures of up to 5,000 °C and pressures of several 100 bar are generated, which can mechanically destroy microorganisms and break chemical bonds in pollutants. At the same time, reactive oxygen species (such as hydroxyl radicals) are formed, which oxidize organic pollutants and render them harmless. Microplastics can be converted into carbon by these processes and removed by physical effects.

This process is efficient, sustainable and requires no chemical additives.

Advantages of water treatment in residential units:

Improved taste: Limescale and other impurities can affect the taste of the water. The ultrasound ensures fresh and tasty drinking water.

Protection of household appliances: Limescale deposits can damage washing machines, dishwashers and other household appliances. Ultrasound prevents the formation of limescale deposits and extends the service life of your appliances.

Less maintenance: By removing limescale and other impurities from the water, you need to maintain your water pipes and filters less often.

Sustainability: The ultrasonic process is chemical-free and energy-efficient, which minimizes the environmental impact.

Ultrasonic water treatment offers an innovative and forward-looking technology for new buildings. By reliably removing pollutants, improving water quality, protecting household appliances and ensuring sustainability, it contributes to a healthy, comfortable and environmentally friendly home.
