UNIQUE IN THE WORLD

Made in Germany

Years of development work by our German engineering team are reflected in this unique and advanced technology. It removes and inactivates organic contaminants, including viruses, bacteria and drug residues such as antibiotics and hormones.
The high temperatures generated during cavitation allow us to render tiny inorganic particles such as microplastics harmless.

By using innovative processes, we not only ensure a high degree of water purity,
but also make an active contribution to protecting the environment and human health.
No chemicals are used in our systems! This creates a secure basis for sustainable water use.

Deposits and dirt make the well dirty and unusable

Over the course of a well's operating life, deposits build up in the pore spaces of the filter gravel packing. This leads to a gradual reduction in the well's performance and can even cause the well to dry up completely. Removing these deposits is difficult because the affected areas are not mechanically accessible.

Previous solutions:

There are various methods for cleaning wells that work on a chemical or hydromechanical basis. However, these methods pose risks to the environment and can pollute the well material

Our solution: High-energy ultrasound

Our process uses high-energy ultrasound to free the filter gravel pack of performance-reducing deposits. Ultrasonic waves penetrate the pore spaces almost unhindered and effectively dissolve deposits and biofilms. The effect extends deep into the filter gravel pack and also cleans clogged pore channels.

Advantages of the procedure:

  • Effective cleaning: Highly effective removal of deposits and biofilms.

  • Environmentally friendly: No use of chemicals, no pollution of groundwater.

  • Gentle cleaning: The well material is not damaged.

  • Deep cleaning effect: Reaches even deep deposits in the filter gravel packing.

  • Versatile: Suitable for wells of different depths and diameters.

  • Cheaper than conventional methods

WITHOUT CHEMICAL & ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

Unlike conventional methods, which often use aggressive chemicals and pollute the environment, our technology cleans thoroughly and efficiently - without any chemicals. Powerful sound waves dissolve deposits, biofilms and contaminants even in hard-to-reach areas, ensuring gentle yet deep cleaning.

Process

Efficient well regeneration with ultrasound:

The process of regenerating wells using ultrasound is similar to conventional methods, but at the same time offers significant advantages. Below you will find a detailed description of the individual steps:

Preparation:

  • Removal of pump and riser pipes: To allow access to the filter section, the pump and riser pipes are removed from the well.

  • Inspection with a camera: A camera is used to comprehensively inspect the condition of the well and the filter section. This allows any damage or blockages to be identified early and repaired in a targeted manner.

  • Performance test: Before the actual cleaning, a performance test is carried out to determine the flow rate and water quality of the well. These values serve as a reference for assessing the success of the regeneration.

Cleaning:

  • Mechanical pre-cleaning: Coarse dirt and deposits are first removed mechanically. This can be done, for example, with the help of a brush or a flushing pipe.

  • Optional performance test: After the mechanical pre-cleaning, another performance test can be carried out to quantify the effect of the pre-cleaning.

  • Ultrasound application: The heart of well regeneration is the ultrasound application. A high-frequency ultrasound probe is guided along the filter section from top to bottom. The sound waves effectively loosen deposits and biofilms from the filter gravel surfaces and pore walls.

  • Dirt removal: The dirt dissolved by the ultrasound treatment is removed immediately after the treatment using an underwater pump. The pump is mounted directly above the ultrasound probe.

Control:

  • Optional camera inspection: In order to document the success of the cleaning and to detect any residual contamination, a new camera inspection can be carried out.

  • Performance test: After regeneration is completed, a final performance test is carried out to determine the new flow rate and water quality of the well and to document the success of the measure.

  • Reinstallation of pump and riser pipe: At the end of the regeneration, the pump and riser pipes are reinstalled in the well.

TESTED & PROVEN

The effectiveness of our ultrasound technology for well regeneration has been impressively demonstrated by extensive research and practical applications all over the world.

University studies:

  • Several years of research: In collaboration with the German Federal Environmental Foundation (DBU) and several German universities, the cleaning effect of the ultrasound process was investigated in a research project lasting several years. The study, which was carried out both in the laboratory and in real well applications, confirmed the effective removal of deposits and biofilms deep into the gravel chamber of the well.

  • In addition to the DBU study, further research from universities in Germany, the Czech Republic and other countries proves the effectiveness and environmental friendliness of ultrasound regeneration.

Practical applications:

  • Successfully regenerated well: Wells around the world have already been successfully regenerated using our technology. The positive experiences from these applications underline the efficiency and reliability of the process.

  • Sustainable effect: Ultrasonic regeneration is characterized by its sustainability. No chemicals are used and the well material is not damaged. This method therefore contributes to the long-term protection of valuable groundwater resources.

  • Many years of practical experience: Our systems have been in use for several years in various countries, including Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland, and have proven themselves in practice.
